5 STEPS TO GLOWING HYDRATED SKIN

1. Stay Hydrated

You hear it all the time but if you’re dehydrated you can tell in your skin. Your skin is made up of around 60% water, so keeping hydrated replenishes the skin cells and increases elasticity, delaying the signs of ageing. Water also flushes toxins and waste products from the body and stimulates circulation through the lymphatic system, reducing the appearance of puffy looking skin and boosting radiance.

Ensure you’re drinking at least two litres of water a day – if your skin feels sensitive, tight, flaky or you’re experiencing breakouts, you should consider increasing your water intake.
